Andrew Griffiths

Interim President & CFO

Andrew Griffiths joined Agility as Chief Financial Officer in 2014 and was appointed Executive Vice President in 2019. Previously, his positions included Chief Financial Officer of Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. and Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University, England and is both a chartered accountant and certified public accountant (inactive).

Athena Wong

SVP Human Resources

Athena Wong joined Agility in 2017. She is responsible for creating innovative ways to grow our culture, engage all employees, and build global, scalable people systems that support our dynamic company. Prior to Agility, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Sunny Delight Beverages Co. Athena holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University.

Kurt Nielsen

SVP Global Operations

Kurt Nielsen has held several functional areas at Agility since joining the Company in 2014 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations. Previously, he served as Director Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain at Republic Services, a leader in the waste management industry. Kurt has over 30 years of experience in areas of product manufacturing and service delivery. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, an MBA from Kent State University.

Eric Bippus

SVP Global Sales & Marketing

Eric Bippus joined Agility as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing in 2016. He has over 16 years of global sales and marketing experience in the automotive and heavy-duty commercial vehicle markets. Prior to joining Agility, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Clean Diesel Technologies Inc., which manufactures and distributes vehicle emissions control products. Eric earned a BA degree in Management from the Walsh College of Accountancy and Business, Troy, Michigan.

Chet Dawes

SVP Global Cylinder Engineering

Chet Dawes was appointed Senior Vice President of Global Cylinder Engineering in 2016. He had previously served as Vice President of the CNG Automotive Products business unit under Hexagon and held various management capacities with Hexagon Lincoln since 2007. Prior to joining Hexagon Lincoln, he had automotive industry experience in the Detroit metro area with AVL and Delphi in disciplines of combustion analysis, engine control strategies and engine calibrations holding both engineering, sales and consultancy roles since 2000. He holds a BSME degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Brad Garner

SVP Global Customer Care & Technical Service

Brad Gardner joined Agility in May 2017 as President of Powertrain Systems. Prior to joining Agility, he was President of a General Electric clean tech business unit which he led from initial start-up through acquisition by GE. He served as COO of IMPCO Technologies, Inc. Brad has extensive global experience in the clean fuel industry and is a graduate of Fanshawe College of Technology with an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Ashley Remillard

VP Legal & Government Affairs

Ashley Remillard joined Hexagon Agility in May 2019 as Vice President of Legal and Government Affairs. Prior to Hexagon Agility, she practiced law at Nossaman LLP in both transactional and litigation settings, specializing in environmental law. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Southern California.

Adam Robertson

VP Global System Engineering

Adam Robertson joined Agility in 2010. He has served as Vice President of Global System Engineering since 2015 and had previously served as Agility’s Vice President of Supply Chain and Vice President of Operations. He was a founder of Enviromech Industries, a predecessor company of Hexagon Agility, where he held leadership roles in Engineering and Operations since 2001. Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University of Victoria.

Miguel Raimao

VP Mobile Pipeline

Miguel Raimao is Vice President of Mobile Pipeline® at Hexagon Agility. Prior to joining Hexagon Agility, he was the Founder and Lead Strategist of Resonance Mode, an energy consulting company that assisted companies complex techno-economic analysis and driving innovation from inception to adoption. He has lead various development programs for automotive OEMs in North America, Asia, and Europe. He started his career at Cummins Engine Company and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
