David Bandele has served as CFO since 2014. Prior to joining Hexagon, he held several senior positions in the field of finance and controlling within the Aker Group of companies, GE Healthcare and Amersham Plc.

Hans Peter has been a member of the Board of Directors of Hexagon Composites since April 2020, and joined Hexagon Composites as COO in March 2023, and as CEO of Hexagon Agility in April. He has broad international experience from the manufacturing and automotive industries, including as CEO of Kongsberg Automotive ASA, and as Division manager at Semcon International, a global consulting company.

Hans Peter holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Skjalg Sylte Satvheim joined Hexagon Ragasco in 1996 where he has held key management positions. He has broad experience from business development and manufacturing processes and has served as President since 2013.

Melissa Holler was appointed President of Hexagon Digital Wave in May 2022.

Melissa has significant experience within digital transformation solutions and most recently comes from the position as VP of Digital Business at FLSmidth. She has also held senior sales, business management, and technical leadership roles at Emerson Automation, Siemens Energy & Automation and Rockwell Automation.

Melissa holds a Master of Science in Business & Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
